Who we are

FightMatching is operated by AYE Technologies Inc. Questions about this policy or about your data can be sent to ayekompyutershik@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect only what the product needs in order to work.

Account details. Your email address and password, handled by our authentication provider. We never see or store your password in readable form.
Profile details. Your display name, your role, and optionally a contact email and phone number if you choose to add them.
Fighter Passport details, if you create one: weight class, division, height, reach, stance, hometown, training city, disciplines, biography, amateur and professional records, and an optional photograph.
Your date of birth, if you create a Fighter Passport. It is stored separately from the rest of your passport and is never shown on your public page.
Activity within the product: events, openings, opportunities, match proposals and bouts you create or take part in, including the status changes.

What other people can see

This is the part that matters most on a matchmaking platform, so it is stated precisely.

A published Fighter Passport is public. Anyone with the link can see the details listed above, including your photograph. Your date of birth, your email address and your phone number are not on it.
An unpublished passport is not readable by anyone else, including its photograph. Unpublishing takes effect immediately.
Search engines are a separate choice, and it is off by default. Publishing so a promoter can open your page is not the same as agreeing to be indexed against your name permanently, so we ask separately. Your passport is only listed by search engines if you turn that on yourself, and unpublishing turns it back off.
We never share your email address, phone number, or address with promoters. Contact happens through the platform.
Confidential offer terms — compensation and travel — are visible only to the fighter an opportunity was sent to and to members of the organisation that sent it.

How access is enforced

Access rules are enforced by the database itself, on every request, rather than by the application asking nicely. A request that is not entitled to a row does not receive it. This deployment holds no administrative key that bypasses those rules.

Your control

Unpublish at any time. Your passport stops being readable immediately, photograph included.
Edit or clear any profile or passport field, including removing your photograph.
Request deletion of your account and its data by contacting ayekompyutershik@gmail.com. Some records of completed activity may be retained where another party has a legitimate interest in them — a bout that was confirmed and took place, for example.

Processors

We use third parties to run the service: a hosting provider, a database and authentication provider, and an email provider for account and recovery messages. They process data on our instructions. The current list is available on request at ayekompyutershik@gmail.com.

Email we send you

Account messages. Sign-up confirmation and password recovery. These are part of the service and cannot be turned off while you have an account.
Setup reminders. If you register as a fighter and leave your Passport unfinished, unpublished, or without availability, we may email you to say so and link to the page that fixes it. We send at most one reminder of each kind every 14 days.
You can stop the reminders at any time, with the link at the bottom of every one. It works without signing in and takes effect immediately. Stopping them does not affect account messages, and does not hide or close anything.
We do not sell or rent your address, and we do not send marketing on behalf of promoters or anyone else.

Cookies

We set the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.

Children

FightMatching is not intended for people under 18. We collect a date of birth so that age-related competition rules can be applied.

Changes and governing law

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
