Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are between you and AYE Technologies Inc. (“we”), the operator of FightMatching. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What FightMatching is

FightMatching is a tool for matchmaking and event operations. It helps promoters, matchmakers, gyms, coaches and fighters find each other, compare eligibility, and record the steps of arranging a bout.

What FightMatching is not

These limits are real, and the product is built around them.

  • We are not a promoter, manager, or sanctioning body. We do not organise events, employ fighters, or sanction bouts.
  • Nothing here is a contract between you and another user. Expressing interest in an opportunity, accepting a match proposal, or confirming a bout in this product records agreement between the parties — it does not create, replace, or satisfy any bout agreement, licence, or commission requirement.
  • We do not verify medical fitness or licensing. Eligibility checks in the product are limited to the information users enter and the rules the product states.
  • Rankings are not predictions. Matching produces an ordered shortlist with stated reasons. It does not forecast outcomes.

Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password private.
  • You must be at least 18 to hold an account.
  • You may only create a Fighter Passport for yourself, or manage one where you have that person’s consent through the coach or gym relationships the product provides.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store and display it within the service — for example, showing your published passport to someone who opens its link. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including photographs.

Acceptable use

  • Do not impersonate another fighter, gym, or promotion.
  • Do not upload another person’s photograph as your own.
  • Do not enter records or credentials you know to be false.
  • Do not use the service to harass anyone, or to scrape or bulk-collect other users’ information.

Availability, suspension, and termination

The service is provided as is, without warranty. We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, disputes, losses, or agreements arising between users, at events, or in bouts arranged with the help of this service. Our total liability is limited to US$1,000.

Changes and governing law
